Salary: £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience + competitive charity-sector benefits

As a rapidly growing organisation we are looking for ‘can do’ individuals that can support us on our journey. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to think strategically whilst also delivering the day to day marketing requirements of a growing social enterprise
This is a dynamic role working across the team to develop and implement our communications and marketing strategy. Key objectives will be to raise awareness of tide amongst carers of people with dementia and to develop our brand to increase trading activity. You will be part of a supportive team that is dedicated to improving the lives of those often overlooked in society.
As Communications and Marketing Manager, you will have:
- Substantial experience in the field of marketing and communications.
- Experience of designing and delivering marketing and communications strategies Experience of creating, updating and managing websites, leading on social media and SEO strategies
- Experience in managing newsletters, campaigns and creating content
- A ‘hands on’, ‘can do’ attitude to design and implement our communications and marketing strategy.
This role will require the post holder to be Willing and able to travel occasionally to support our teams across the UK

We empower carers to recognise their own value and the contribution they make as individuals and a collective. We do this through our Carer Development Programme, Involvement Network and by providing influencing opportunities at national and regional level.
