What have been the challenges and solutions in setting up and maintaining the innovative practice?
Main challenge has been finding people who have the time to make the books using our software. It can be accessed online at www.knowmewell.com One solution is voluntary organisations recruiting volunteers to make books for people.
Outcomes (including how this was measured, evaluated and lessons learned):
